First, you make the market volatile with tariffs and threats, then you restore stability by removing tariffs and threats.

Notice how the rocket is too bloated and not expected to get far off the launch pad?

Yeah, I guess all prior policies were spot on, let’s continue to give China unfettered access to our markets, continue to turn a blind eye to stealing our cutting edge technology, and while we are at it be sure not to criticize them for being the world’s number 1 polluter and the repression of their people.

Sometimes I wished trump asked a brain surgeon for advice. If he only knew one. LOL.

Lisa seems to be ignoring this whole impeachment thing, and all the evidence emerging. No wonder republicans remain ignorant.

The cartoonist should have asked a rocket surgeon for advice.

American Consumers, Not China, Are Paying for Trump’s Tariffs

New York Fed and academic researchers found that U.S. consumers and companies have borne the brunt of the president’s trade war.

New research finds that American businesses and consumers are paying the price for President Trump’s tariffs on Chinese goods.

Roughly $4.1 billion of the $7.1 billion in import taxes paid by Americans in September were levied through tariffs Trump imposed on Chinese .

It was Trump who blinked first. And yes the Chinese built the rocket with our technology and the profits they are making with our trade deficit. So when are we going to get a trade deal with China that benefits the USA? Sure it’s nice to not have to continue paying billions to US farmers for the cluster-f@@k of a trade war. But this is a bad deal just to have something on paper to make the rabid trumpett’s happy.

Had we remained in the TPP, we would have been in a much better position to put pressure on China for their trade practices. Had we maintained the function of the WTP, we would also have been in a better position relative to China. Had we not picked trade fights with our western allies, we would have had support with respect to China. But Noooo! We gotta go it alone, we gotta show the world that we are rapidly turning into an isolated paper tiger…

DJT is a master of negotiation, but you probably don’t understand that yet! BTW have you noticed the market was up 20% in 2019?
