I guess it’s a Medicare requirement now when you reach a certain age, but last year I was handed a questionnaire to fill out at my annual physical. It started with something like “Do you need help to dress yourself” and went downhill from there. By the time I reached the last question “Do you fear falling?” I felt like I had aged 30 years.
Most of the time my wife or eldest-daughter will go along to “chaperone” me. We look at it as a football-scrimmage: They stay on my blind side, so’s to run interference for me! ☺

I get handed a Tablet now when I check in; “Answer all the questions please and use the camera option to photograph your medical insurance cards”.

LOL We went on such a date a couple of weeks ago to get our hearing tested and will again on Friday to get our hearing aids.
