At first I thought that Bucky had misspoken when he said that he was going to out with a limb, but I guess not. That’s exactly what he did.

As Lou Rawls might have said, “Bam! Right on!!” Satchel is often held up as some sort of paragon of virtue and innocence, when in reality he lives out the exasperating behavior for which Bucky consistently calls him out on (shades of the Hortons and Bradys on a certain long running daytime television drama, but that’s a different story….). If this doesn’t vindicate Bucky as being the voice of reason and logic, I don’t know what does.

Should I ever have occasion to eat someone else’s food, I now plan on telling them I “borrowed it internally.”

VCR and CRT TV? How old is this arc?

Watched our son’s female German Shepard many years ago and while she didn’t actually swallow the TV remote she chewed it up so badly it was no longer usable. The remote and cable box were rentals so my wife took it to the cable company’s local office to pay for it and get a new one. After she stopped laughing the gal behind the desk showed the remote to her boss and they gave my wife a new one for nothing. (sigh) Those were the days.

My dog ate a roll of dimes. Vet said to watch her but so far there’s been no change.
