Ah yes. As expected, the week ends with Frank and Nancy.

Good.

So. Next week, back to school?

Oh well. I wonder how Tiffany and Bets spent their St. Valentine’s Day???

Well, opposites DO attract, after all. But isn’t it nice to see that the magic is still there after what, 25 years or so?

Perhaps Greg is testing the waters for selling his own line of greeting cards. He is already selling shirts with unicorns on them.

I’m still hoping that yesterday’s strip was a preamble to a long Brad/Toni story arc.

Both cards could’ve had a more religious theme. After all, the holiday is called St. Valentine’s Day.

Off the subject and back to Valentines Day, the best one was the year hubby and I gave each other the exact same card. As I opened the envelope and began pulling out the one he picked out for me, I started laughing.

“Enuf !!” (Shakespeare)…

He’s a One, She’s a Ten, and blah blah blah. Who cares?

I was hoping the Evanses would wind up Valentines week with Nancy and Frank.

Too bad Frank did not start looking more like Nancy. Brad got better looking after marrying a beautiful woman. But Frank did not.

Having a ten is a dream but in reality…is a ….

Man! You guys are hard to please. Faith, hope and love and the most important is …………………….?

Sorry Luann, I don’t think you’ll be finding that special someone anytime soon.

‘10’ to ‘1’ they ‘figure’ a way to end the day off JUST right!! ;)

Frank and Nancy are so sweet. I hope Luann will have a relationship like theirs. Strong and tender.

Pardon me for a moment … I just threw up in my mouth.

Every card I picked up had SO much writing in it. If there was a comments section, it would be TLDR.

I gave cards to both my wife and girlfriend(same person). My wife enjoys getting two cards as if they are for different people. Many wives enjoy getting the ‘girlfriend’ treatment even after they are married.

I live my life by Homer Simpson’s teachings. He once thought about Marge and how deep his love is for her and how he didn’t know how to express it to her, and then he pats her on the butt, and thinks, “Yeah! That’s it!”

Happy Valentine’s to them. They are both the heart and foundation of Luannverse.

He’s a one. She’s a ten. Makes sense.

My hubby would give me the mushy, romantic one and I gave him the funny ones.

I saw dozens of couples while teaching… and hardly any of them made sense to me.

Tens tolerate those that try.

We don’t give each other cards. We cooked bacon instead.

Frank and Nancy cute!What be interesting is to see Margo Phelps-Fogarty and Fogarty exchanging Valentine’s day cards. But that would be a challenge for the Evanses!

My husband and I switched these roles. He was the one to give my sentimental cards and I gave him the funny ones.

This afternoon I was going out on some errands and my wife said the most romantic thing to me: “Why don’t you pick up some half-price Valentine’s Day candy for us?”
