Friendly little troll isn’t he.

As a tuba player, I affirm Nerwin’s choice. However, in most school’s you don’t have to transport it — they give you a loaner to keep at home, and you play the school tuba at school. Much easier! And friendlier!

Yeah, flute players are chumps.

When the kids get on my bus carrying a big instrument I always say “Be glad you don’t play the piano!”

Sometimes I’ll switch it up and ask “Don’t you wish you played the harmonica?”

Good times…

When my son was contemplating what instrument he wanted to play, I told him to avoid the ones he had to wear.

Grandkids play the violin!Carry them in machine gun cases. :-)

Slightly anti-social?

We must have been elite – we had lockers in the music building for our instruments.
