As far as Iran is concerned, they are at war wit us – it is totally beside the point as to whether we consider ourselves at war with Iran. They will attack America in any way they can – it will NOT BE a conventional war, but rather one in which we are bloodied repeatedly by a shadow foe which will be rather like attacking smoke.
Remember, Europe needs Iranian oil much more than they need to be allied with an erratic nation-state like America. Thanks to Trump, Europe no longer trusts America
