Mrs “hides” things. She doesn’t put things where the belong. She opens the nearest cupboard, drawer or closet and puts it there.
As my late mother and my wife would say, " Have a place for everything and everything in it’s place!" Amazing how they think alike.
Maybe “where it belongs” isn’t really where it belongs.
