You’ll have to do it again after the snowplow comes through. It’ll be saturated slush!!

Just shovel the driveway and you might find it, sure you’ll probably overturn it with the shovel but that can be quickly solved.

Nothing ruins your day like having the car get sucked up into the electric snow thrower.

The ironic thing is that, since this strip was originally published, there are now oodles of these miniscule electric cars no bigger than Mr. Otterloop’s running all over the place.

I had a car like that a few years ago — a 1960 Goggomobil Coupe: only 10 feet long and 4-1/2 feet high. I built a little(!) garage for it the first year to shield it from the Massachusetts snows.

Sure – take her van to work and park it in between the Jeep and the pickup (or the Challenger and the Mustang)…if you dare.

New year’s Eve ‘78-’79 (well, I guess by the time I hit the last party, it was fairly solidly into ’79…..), I parked my Triumph Spitfire in front of my house as the snow turned into a blizzard; when I woke up, I could only find it by the knob of the antenna sticking out.

That’s right, you whippersnappers, we had real winters back in my day!

That is why you should always keep your Honda-Tonka-Cuisinart in the garage overnight, Peter, especially in winter!

“Can I take the van to work?” Oh hell no! He should be saying, “Looks like I’ll be taking the van to work!” As the breadwinner, you have first choice. She doesn’t work outside the home. So, he brings home the money!!!
