I hope that wasn’t Lio’s own interpretation of a deranged mutant killer monster snow goon; he WANTS it to wreck havoc.

There is implied motion but there may or may not be actual motion. You could create a snowman that looks like it was walking and left footprints.

We can see that Lio get his attributes from Dad after all.
