If, by “big fat jerk”, you mean a sleazy dictator wannabee using the power of the presidency given to him by the voters to destroy his political rivals through subterfuge and bribery, then yes.
There was debate over… essentially… that. It was British tradition, so some founders wanted to include “Maladministration” as a cause for impeachment, basically meaning bad governance
Well, he is a big fat jerk. And that makes it easier to tolerate the idea of impeaching him, it’s true. But of course only the GOP would consider it okay to bring impeachment proceedings because you don’t “like” the guy. The rest of us actually do pay attention to the law and the constitution.
What’s the most amusing is that the Dems are using the exact same procedure that the GOPs put into place themselves. And all the GOPs can do is complain about the procedure, since it’s obvious to everyone that he’s completely guilty on the facts.
Karlan said it best… Its an impeachable offense to simply ASK a leader of a foreign country to investigate a political opponent and meddle in an election. So the fact that he also withheld security aid and other things in an attempt to extort said leader to meddle in our elections is that much worse… Also EACH person he instructed not to testify is an obstruction charge which too are impeachable offenses… but the fact that the entire GOP is still defending him… still lying and covering up for him… bending over backwards to protect a man who is well known for throwing any and everyone under the bus if it benefits him… is just horrifying for our country.

Gorrell’s at least acknowledging that Donald is a big fat jerk, so that’s something.
Of course, that has nothing to do with the multiple crimes for which he’s being investigated, but it’s something…

Looks like Gorrell has been learning from one of the Republican constitutional scholars.
Another display of Trump Disciple analysis skills.

If Trump were JUST an ignorant, stupid, fat, ugly, worthless POS, Gorrell would certainly be correct.

So, in addition to disrespecting the ‘oversight obligations’ of the Legislative Branch, Gorrell has to disrespect our first President! [ really sad! ]

I guess crediting Howard Chandler Christy makes this not plagiarism? most cartoonists pay homage by drawing the famous image in their own style like

Adding some text to an existing image is just a meme.

If they had passed that clause at least HALF of the Presidents we have had could have been impeached.
