This would be my Mrs. She adds so much that’s ALL you taste is salt. Then when she eats she adds more to her serving……I don’t have any idea how she maintains a super low BP. I tell her as low as her BP is, if she didn’t eat the pounds of salt she does a month, she would not have a BP at all!

That was my grandfather. He salted all items on the plate before he could eat. Even Virginia ham.
