A few seasons back on “The Great Food Truck Race,” Tyler Florence hosted three guys named Dylan, Matt & Jon whose truck proudly bore the name “Let There Be Bacon.” The main ingredient the guys work with is pork belly in some form or other; I always wished my TV had Smell-o-vision!
