This makes me think of that popular singer from the 1960’s, Gene Pitney. He was into taxidermy. Odd hobby.
Possum Jerky is best served with a Teriaki-Texas Pete combo marinade!
Because dehydrating a possum corpse is way more humane than harvesting its innards.

I don’t know about dehydrating, but freeze-drying a carcass is a viable alternative to stretch-and-stuff taxidermy. I’ve seen freeze-dried mice…
