Did Junior learn that move from his “Aunt” Cobra? I don’t think it’s move Breezy, or, Rip would use. And, it’s probably not taught at the Spy and Mercenary Academy.
So the whole reason he became a villain is because of the square jawed heroes? What about the satisfaction of ruining innocent lives? Or the great dental plan?

Actually any of El Tornado’s knives could be used to spread butter. I’m not saying they would do the job well but it could, in theory, be done.
