I used to get up early the day after Thanksgiving and queue up at the local Fred Meyers (dept. store) to buy socks. They were always 50% off on that day and they were the good brands. I haven’t done that in years and I’m running out of socks! Black Friday has become such a big deal and the stores are so crowded I dread the thought of doing that again. Maybe I’ll have to break down and pay full price today!
