This is why I can’t do normal yoga. I can get down (by controlled falling), but I can’t get up unless I have a really sturdy piece of furniture. Most folding chairs won’t do.
yeah, this is my life… Worst is when I have to get something from the corner kitchen cabinet, and I even have 2 counters to help me up. Except they’re up there and I’m on the floor.

Sadly, both physical and mental regression comes with age. Of the two, I prefer physical.
