As the lady says. In fact there’s that whole technique where the cops entice you to commit a crime and then bust you for the attempt. It’s only entrapment if they suggest the crime, not if they just make it seem possible/easy/good to the stooge. They can even give assistance as long as the stooge asks rather than them offering.

We are only trying to help an allied country clean up its act – we have no evil intent and you can’t say we do.

I believe he meant since when is it illegal for a Republican to commit a crime. Don’t forget the follow up question, since when is it expected for Republicans to answer for the crimes they committed?

See.. that is the problem in a nutshell. Republicans think anything goes.. that laws apply to poor people. And in the rare case where there may be doubt.. they find a lawyer or position an attorney general that approves it.

This is how the New Millennium GOP thinks: If you don’t succeed, it doesn’t count.

“Attempting to commit a crime” is ok since Trump declared he can do “whatever he damn well likes”.

Ummm, it is called “conspiracy”, Republicans know all about those theories, anyway.
