It’s only entrapment if they suggest the crime, not if they just make it seem possible/easy/good to the stooge. They can even give assistance as long as the stooge asks rather than them offering.
I believe he meant since when is it illegal for a Republican to commit a crime. Don’t forget the follow up question, since when is it expected for Republicans to answer for the crimes they committed?
See.. that is the problem in a nutshell. Republicans think anything goes.. that laws apply to poor people. And in the rare case where there may be doubt.. they find a lawyer or position an attorney general that approves it.
