They way I describe my life is that my parents did a good job getting me off the launch pad. My wife took me to the moon and beyond.
I particularly owe a debt of gratitude to my dad who taught me work ethics, honesty and most of all respect for other people regardless of what they looked like, how they spoke or what their station in life was.
He never spoke a word about these things; he showed me how to do them by example.
