Mr Meddick (or maybe the Vikingr) should be congratulated for not adding late Victorian horns to his helm. Take that Wagner!

Kudos for not putting anochronistic horns on the helmet.

Kudos to Jim Meddick for the accurate representation of a battle ax (a “bearded” one for hooking an enemy’s shield) and no horns on the helmet.

Perhaps the viking just thinks it’s wrong to put mango in salsa.

The talking/explanation between Monty and EB is somewhat reminiscent of a villains downfall who explains what and why and how he is being evil; giving the hero time to escape the fiend and foil his plans. (Ala Scoobey_Do…."I would have succeed doing (what ever feindish plot he was planning

It’s wrong of Monty to assume that the Viking is “an axe-wielding maniac” just because he was nearly (?) castrated. Yes, however, there is some sense of urgency. Establish communication!

Hey wait a minute – it’s an imposter! Every student of history knows, from watching tv and movies, that the Viking helmets all had horns, right? ;-)
