Goldie’s taking that “vet” comment very well. Too sick to protest…or maybe she hasn’t been to the vet before! As we know, her previous People weren’t the most responsible People out there.

No panic or uneasiness at the mention of the VET? She must really be sick! (That’s like your kid claiming to be sick on a holiday!)

I wonder if the Kids are going on the vet trip with Goldie. I wouldn’t mind seeing a comic version of the Girl petting Goldie at the vet, with Goldie’s body language screaming “Yes, this People Kitten is a good one. She will train into a fine cat servant. Continue scritches.”

I sure would love to see Goldie blow her nose with a tissue.

Cafe Mocha(8 weeks old) came with a couch and upper lung infection. Easy cure. The 3 pound ball of energy is now 19 pounds and still full of energy in spurts also known as Sudden Kitten Syndrome-SKS

Why isn’t Lupin wearing pants? Also, love those little fists, ready for action!

Has Lupin switched to the Dark Side or merely assumed the characteristics of his namesake?

Gotta love Lupin’s Robber Mouse outfit – at least he doesn’t look as angry now. I think Goldie’s sneeze will turn out to be minor; and for the first time in a long time, she can finally let her guard down. She’s just flat out exhausted, and catching up on some rest.

Completely off topic, Paul and I are off to get our pre-trip haircuts. This time next week, we’ll be on the plane, waiting for takeoff. Which reminds me, I must call and suspend delivery of our newspaper.

We lost our Russian Blue cat, Joel Grey, yesterday. He stopped eating and drinking and was just laying on the ground crying. We took him to the Vet yesterday and he got his release.

Joel was 17 years old. We got him a few weeks before our daughter, Alexandria, was born. In the last few months he could hardly move his back legs and most of his teeth were gone. He was not a cuddle cat, but he liked to sit near you and would let you rub his back. He was a member of the family who we will miss for the rest of our lives.

This year we have lost our cats McKayla and Joel Grey and I lost my job. This year has sucked. Bring on 2020, I’m through with 2019.

Deepest sympathy. So sorry for your loss.

Goldie’s half lidded eyes and comfy pjs reminds me of sick days at home as a kid, getting to sleep in my mom’s bed with comforting food and tv all day! When I’m sick as an adult now I often wish for my mom’s bed!

I love this strip. Everyday! The sweet gentle start ending with a fierce, ready for action Lupin. Wonderful!

Elvis, deal with Lupin please. I’d ask Puck to help you, but he’s too easy going.

This remind me of when I brought big ole Jasper into the family. He had ear infections, eye infections, a runny nose and MRSA. He was just such a happy dog though. Many trips to the vet later and lots of pills and peanut butter later and he is healthy to match.

Poor Goldie sneezing. She knows that the random food lady will take good care of her. I wish sammy and fiona Could be more like her about going to the vet.
