I have been checking very carefully these days and find the “pickup” price for groceries at my local market is often lower than what I find online. Competition has been leveling the playing field. It’s still worthwhile to check on an item-by-item basis. Twice I’ve been burned online by offers that were once three-packs, now sold for the same price with only one pack.
