I’m having the opposite experience. Just moved to the Philippines from the Pacific Northwest, where it’s been snowing big time. Here? Even in Baguio City, the “coolest” climate in The Phils, the record low temperature is 43 degrees fahrenheit so snow is a non-factor. Parka? For what?
