Nor would any agency be allowed to even investigate the event as long as he held the office of President. This is their claim! The office of President is above all laws and restrictions, moral or otherwise. Really.
So, by this logic (?), tRump could get naked, rape a four year old girl in the middle of Times Square, and nobody would be allowed to question it.
