The only thing phony is the nazi in the WH! Pulls out of Syria, Turkey and Russia on our heels, he lifts all sanctions on Turkey so that can continue to slaughter the Kurds, Russia takes over and we’re all really cozy now! If this isn’t a ploy colluding with enemy countries I don’t know what is. So obvious he’s played over and over again! Must be he’s building hotels in their countries and cut deals….at the expense of innocent people…

FIRST, we learn Li’l Donnie his ABC’s. Then we learn him to read his Dr. Seuss. THEN, in a couple trillion years, he MIGHT could learn enough to read the Constitution……

as of 10:30 this morning I cannot get clay Jones panel to load so that I could see his genius for today… judging by the contents of the comments it must have been a good one… Too bad I can’t see it. I’m also having problems with two party Opera not loading… Wouldn’t be so bad except these are some of my favorite artists.

As of 11 a.m. I still can’t get this panel to load… I did get to see TPO thanks to whoever fixed that problem… Now I wish they’d fix this problem… Maybe I’ll come back later… just so you know mr. Jones… You’re one of my favorites.

I’d like to see some kind of legal restriction on how much money an organization (whether or not corporate) can spend to influence elected officials, and a severe restriction on how much they can spend on advertisements with political content. Not going to happen. But, hmm. Maybe we could put a progressive tax on such expenditures? Zero tax up to mumble, ahrm, maybe 50% of the average income of a US family unit? then rising at 1% of the outlay for every 1% of the average income until you reach the full average income. Then at 5% for every 1% until you reach double. Then 20% for every 1% until you reach quadruple the average income. Then 50% for every 1% thereafter. So yes, at some point, the tax would exceed the initial amount, and it would keep on getting bigger. But it wouldn’t stop  “speech”, just make it expensive. In at least one state, I know that billboards are taxed (income is used to clean up and maintain areas near major roads), so we know a tax on “speech” is legal at least one way.

The income from this tax should be used to create and fund a federal program to educate voters, and also make access to voting more universal.

    Pie in the sky anyone?
