Last town I lived in BoA bought the bank and closed it.
nice dream…you would get peanuts anyway.
But it will be an excuse to raise the rates on what you pay… like it or not.
My credit union merged with another one this year. Only bad thing was needing to get new checks as the other name was the one kept. Everything else moved seamlessly.
