Is it the place to go to buy Opioids? no? you’re telling me it’s about a $260 million dollar settlement between 4 companies and 2 Ohio counties? None of that comes across in whatever this is supposed to be.
I believe it was just two counties that came away with about a quarter billion dollars. I’m hoping that the pharmaceuticals companies who pushed this plague… and their boards… are drained of all the profits… and most of the bank accounts, with just enough left to buy some push carts so they can sell hot dogs in the park for their next career.
Granted that opioids are a grave problem, but shouldn’t the abusers also accept some of the responsibility for the problem? It would also be nice if the vaping, gun violence and cigarette smoking issues received the same attention.
