The trailer sort of looks like an Airstream (when they show the outside of it) and they are pricey! It may take Grandma a long time to pay it offf

Nice idea, but by then the lot rent will be $1200 a month. Unless you have your own property, buying a trailer is a bad idea, because you never have control over the cost of the property it sits on.
Bury me not on the lone prairie. Bury me instead under the trailer park.
