I’m almost amazed that I heard something on the TV that let me understand this excellent joke, considering that I’d rather watch the golf channel than baseball.
Interesting baseball history at claytoonz.com. It is amazing how dedicated fans follow teams that are not very dedicated to the city they currently represent.
Clay, as a Cubs fan, do you think fans will stop singing “Go Cubs Go” now that the line “You can catch it all on WGN” will no longer be true?
HOT OFF THE PRESS: "Trump threatens to sue CNN, seeks “substantial” payment over damages -letterREUTERS 1:40 PM ET 10/18/2019 WASHINGTON, Oct 18 (Reuters) – Lawyers for U.S. President Trump and his re-election campaign have threatened to sue CNN for what it said was falsely advertising itself as a news organization, calling on executives to first discuss an “appropriate resolution” to the matter that would include a “substantial” payment to cover damages.
The letter, dated Oct. 16 and made public on Friday, is the latest threat by Trump to sue a media organization over what he sees as unfair media coverage since launching his 2016 presidential campaign, although no lawsuits have been filed. I believe legally Fox ‘News’ is an entertainment company who continually preaches their cynical and dour lies with occasional outbursts of real news. Then that guy has to leave the station.

Clay has delivered on his “expose” of Hair Groppenfuror. Mental health workers’ telephones are lighting up about now.

Trump won’t throw out the first pitch when the WS comes to DC because he’d have to use both hands to grip the ball.

Wouldn’t it be great if the Nationals win the World Series and then not go to the White House when invited because it’s tooo arduous to travel.
