Trump and Mulvaney already gave all the evidence, with a helpful accent from Uncle Rudy. Impeaching DT is simply presenting it in full detail. Then Murder Turtle’s Senate can ignore it, thus honoring the Constitution to its fullest.

So what’s the problem? They said they would weigh the evidence first.

Will we get a strip on Lindsay Graham trying to get republican Senators to sign a loyalty oath to vote no regardless of the evidence?

    No, we won’t.

And Trump is the one who always shouted “Lock her up”. Ironic, huh?

But I am glad the Constitution limits the punishment for impeachment to removal and lifetime disqualification from office. Locking up political losers is so third-world.

There is already sufficient evidence to impeach because of Trump’s attempts to get Ukraine to attack our elections.

Democrats need to uncover the evidence of Trump’s massive corruption for the public to understand what Trump has done and is doing — including the Treason and the other high crimes and misdemeanors.

Trump’s trail of corruption goes back many years,

maybe some sort of justice will finally visit him

It’s clear the The House Of Representatives has no intention of weighing the evidence or impeachment, too many risky political variables. The current mantra is The Show Must Go On, and go on it will.

Mulvaney in now saying “I didn’t say what you all heard me say.”

The fact that they keep admitting it and then walking it back tells you that corruption is just the way these people do business. They think like the mob.

That darn liberal Media… Well, there are some voices that are completely behind Trump!

    https://www.thedailybeast.com/russian-media-cheers-trump-moves-in-syria-putin-won-the-lottery

“Putin won the lottery! Russia’s unexpected triumph in the Middle East,” raved Mikhail Rostovsky in his article for the Russian newspaper Moskovsky Komsomolets.

“Those who were convinced of Trump’s uselessness for Russia ought to think again…What Washington got out of this strange move is completely unclear.

To the contrary, what Moscow gained from this is self-evident…Trump’s mistake in Syria is the unexpected ‘lottery win’ that further strengthened Moscow’s position in the Middle East and undermined America’s prestige as a rational political player and a reliable partner.”

    ~

Maksim Yusin, the editor of international politics at the leading Russian business daily Kommersant, was amazed by the ongoing stream of inexplicable actions by the American president that benefit the Kremlin.

“All of this benefits the Russian Federation,” Yusin marveled. “You know, I’ve been watching Trump’s behavior lately and get seditious thoughts: maybe he really is a Russian agent?

He is laboring so hard to strengthen the international image of Russia in general—and Putin in particular…In this situation, Americans—to their chagrin and our enjoyment—are the only losers in this situation.”

    Continued…

“This is such a pleasure,” grinned Olga Skabeeva, the host of Russia’s state television program 60 Minutes.

“Russian soldiers have taken an American base under our complete control, without a fight!”

Skabeeva’s co-host Evgeny Popov added: “Suddenly, we have defeated everyone.” Incredulously, Skabeeva pointed out: “This is an American base—and they just ran away! Trump ran away!”

    ~

“It’s been a long time since America has been humiliated this way,” gloated political analyst Mikhail Sinelnikov-Orishak, “They ran away in shame! I can’t recall such a scenario since Vietnam.”

He added: “For us, this is of great interest, because this is a key region where energy prices are being determined. That is a shining cherry on top.”

Political scientist Andrey Nikulin concurred: “This is sad for America. A smaller-scale version of what happened in Vietnam.”

What’s the lag time before these are printed? He should expect that trump will commit a dozen more offenses by press time.

Trump failed to put his businesses in an actual blind trust when he took office (letting your sons run your business is not a blind trust). Since he had income from both the US and foreign governments on at least three of his properties, he was in violation of the Constitution’s emoluments clause even as he took the oath of office swearing “to protect and defend” it. Everything that has come after that is just overkill.

US Constitution, Article III, Section 3. begins:

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

The Constitution doesn’t define “Enemies”, but I would argue that any organization or group which has sworn to destroy the United States — and ISIS has sworn to destroy all non-ISIS authorities, but principally and especially the U.S. — qualifies. And Trump’s pullout has most certainly given ISIS “Aid and Comfort”.

Compared to that, the Ukraine scandal and even emoluments are “small fish”. Trump’s impeachment should include a charge of Treason, for which he could subsequently be tried and convicted.

Please think carefully about that, Scott.

Sounds very familiar. 1988 Arizona. The wrongful impeachment of Governor Evan Mecham. Impeach first, then find the evidence (If there is any).

Well, Scott claims to be a never-trumper, but when you only attack one party, you must be defending the other, and its ruler.
