Its not the crime, its always the cover up that kills the criminal republican idiots.

I do not believe that Mr. Rall is still playing with a full moiety of his marbles.

Rall has become one of those who insist on finding a false equivalence where none exists. This theme is repeated so often I believe he’s become willfully ignorant of and impervious to the facts.

The premise of this comic is false, just like it was false in yesterday’s comic, just like it was false in the two comics on this theme last week. Repeating a lie over and over doesn’t make it true, and it certainly doesn’t reflect well on you, Ted.

Had Nixon the Social Media and Fox News that trump has at his disposal.. Nixon would have gotten away with his crimes..

Ted has always had problems with ambiguity and the discernment of things that are more true than other things. He does everyone a disservice by these false equivalences. There’s no doubt that our government has behaved badly over both regressive and Democratic politics. But the current situation is existential for our nation, and Ted doesn’t seem to get that.

Biden held back $1 billion in military “aid” pursuant to meddling in Ukrainian politics. Trump held back $250 million in military “aid” pursuant to meddling in U.S. politics. Guess it depends on whose ox is being gored.

Huh?? C’mon, Ted, you know as well as we do that #45 deserves impeachment at the very least for his high crimes and misdemeanors, let alone his flouting of the Constitution. So did Nixon, for multiple reasons, some of which came out only after he was out of office (e.g., undermining the Vietnam peace agreement LBJ had in hand).

So what exactly is the point of this?

I would like to know Rall’s logic in ignoring the laundry-list of impeachable offenses being investigated by 8 different committees.

Apples and oranges? Going to a foreign country for help in an election violates the constitution. Ordering the break-in into an American opponent’s office using American ‘burglars’ is a crime. Both are of the category ‘High crimes and misdemeanors’. Ask the Russians to study up more when directing comics.

Mr. Rall, interesting cartoon. Tell you what: just go on ahead. Better yet: same cartoon every day: “EVERYBODY IS BAD BAD BAD BAD!”

Also, Biden DIDN’T pressure Ukraine illegally. That is a LIE created by the Trump Administration, and I regret to see Ted Rall repeating it.

“Technically it wasn’t a break-in. We picked the lock”, is nonsense, of course. “Breaking-in” mean entering the property by force without permission, whether by smashing in the door or by picking the lock. Force was used to break to smash in the door and to move the tumblers in the lock via the lockpick.

90% of the time, I agree with Ted Rall’s comics… I often say things lie “just because Rall is justifiably attacking Democrats, doesn’t mean he is Pro Trump. The you are with us or against us mindset isn’t healthy”

When he did the comic that commented on how it is odd that attacking Biden was “crossing the line” leading to impeachment, while all the other previous things got a pass… and how that seemed fishy. I agreed.

But the last couple comics… what the heck? What Trump did WAS impeachable (the fact that previously impeachable things got a blind eye doesn’t change that THIS instance was also completely unacceptable). What Biden and his son did in this case wasn’t illegal or unethical (Not to say he has never done anything unethical, but the whole Ukraine thing specifically was appropriate. He was working with other politicians to get the Ukraine to be LESS corrupt, not more)

So Ted… I keep saying that you are not a Trump supporter, you just like to draw our attention to the bad things that Democrats also do. I’m really hoping I’m not wrong with that assumption.

It was nothing of the kind, this is just pathetic. I get it. You don’t like Biden. You think both parties are equally corrupt.

Rall seems to have gotten his jockeys in a twist about the Bidens, so much it’s spilling into nearby ideas. Dumb, imo.

Whataboutism is always stupid and wrong, as I’m sure your parent has made clear to you… quite possibly multiple times, if you’re as slow a learner as I was. And it’s even dumber here. One act was illegal and wrong. And one (or more) act was treasonous and wrong. But much more to the point: We’ve actually caught this administration in flagrente delicto and regardless of any historical context, it is our duty to prosecute. Finally.

Just because Trump is the worst shouldn’t make sleazeball bankster Biden immune to criticism. Trump is and would continue to be a disaster for the vast majority of people in this country. Biden would project a better image and play more appropriately with foreign leaders but would still be a disaster for the vast majority of people in this country. We can hope more and more Republicans try to minimize his damage in the next 15 months (it’s too much to hope for to wish Senate Republicans join them) and that the Democrats don’t do something abysmally stoopid like run Biden. Anyone who characterizes Ted as a Russian mole or Trump supporter is letting their emotions cloud their judgement. You can’t change the truth by avoiding it.
