There is a coming Tide that will expunge the stains from America but it’s gonna take a whole lot of those little pods.

Impeachment will be the beginning of the end of the stain on this country.

The way things are going, there’s never going to be another president who doesn’t get impeached at some point. Because slowing down “the enemy” is the only thing that counts, and for any given President, there’ll be some political party that considers her to be the enemy. And that thought process is a stain, imo.

Even with impeachment, we’re already stuck with potential decades of disaster in the courts, among other damage.

We could send Herr Trump back to the Fatherland but they wouldn’t have him :(

The Republican party has become a stain on the country. The responsible conservatives should leave the party (some already have left, but not the ones in office) and found a new conservative party. There’s a legitimate place for true conservatism, but that place is no longer the Republican party.

Impeachment is redemption, not a stain. This is us, taking our first steps to reclaim our government.

Even the latest Fox News poll shows 51% in favor of impeachment & removal.

This is what happens when the Republicons decided to sell what they had left of a soul to the devil, Trump. When the revenge dish is served up I hope they both get extra helpings for the lasting damage they have inflicted on this country.

Where’s the bleach? That ugly stain is going to take a lot of bleach. A lot of cleaning up.

The Republicans are mad because the Democrats are moving in on their territory, in our history only two presidents have been impeached, both by a Republican House.

A small historical footnote, here. Lincoln ran under the “Republican” banner in 1860. By 1863 Lincoln noted that elements of his chosen party, the Republican party, did not favor reconciliation with the South, but rather, wanted to grind them under the heel of the North, so to run in the 1864 election, Abe switched parties and won reelection as a “National Union Party” candidate, so, bottom line, even Honest Abe couldn’t stand the Republican party for very long.

This slightly jarring footnote to history is usually “glossed over” by historians, and excused by saying, “Well, he was MOSTLY a republican!”, which carries the same weight as saying, "Well Jesus was MOSTLY a jew!

Whether it makes a “tinkers dam” what political party Lincoln went to his grave as, it still should be pointed out that Abraham Lincoln went to see “Our American Cousin” at Ford’s Theater as a National Union man, not as a Republican!
