Almost without exception, the doctor gets a higher BP reading on me in the office than I get at home!
Terry definitely has stage 2 high blood pressure and needs medication and also to lose some weight!
Dehydrated.
Hydration is necessary. Less alcohol, more water. Keep those kidneys busy.
