You may be a yellow belt, but do you know how to shadow box?

JoJo might be in for another painful reality check, though this strip has surprised me before..

yeah, but if you remember from yesterday’s strip, that yellow belt was filled in by you, Jojo!

It is interesting that you never actually see the bullies in this strip.

Remember 2+2=5? sigh

As somebody who has seen the bullies in full detail I miss them. They had good dialogue

So, we know that he used a marker to change his white belt to yellow….mmmm this does not look good.

Even if the yellow belt was real, all he would have learned is some defensive techniques that would not work against more than one opponent.

I thought they’d given up their bullying ways…?

That’s the kind of showboating that’s gets you flattened into a pancake.

Bullies are a nuisance. They should be dealt with accordingly.

I am reminded of the Black Widows motorcycle gang in ANY WHICH WAY BUT LOOSE where they showed their tattoos to Clint Eastwood’s sidekick. He first thinks it’s a bug. When they explain it’s a black widow spider and claim it’s the deadliest creature in Earth, he thanks them for letting him know and that he always just squshed them.

My father’s #1 rule for fighting was to watch from across the street. Rule #2 was, if I had to fight, cheat!
