I always wonder why Home Depot and Lowes don’t have kiosks where one can go and type in something like “bolt cutters” and have it tell you what aisle it’s in.
Someday, I’ll do an experiment. I will wander around the warehouse up and down the same couple of aisles for as long as it takes for someone to come up to me and say “Can I help you?”
My brother-in-law works for ACE Hardware. He’s a retired school teacher. He also loves his job. He’s 75 and probably their best employee – people hold off coming into the store until it’s one of his days on.
