Shouldn’t that be “uneaten”? The pre-eaten have been eaten and are in your digestive system, if not past it.

And what’s the deal with ‘flight attendants?’ Originally passenger ship servers were called ‘stewards.’ Along came commercial aviation and and the companies hired pretty nurses to serve meals and shame businessmen into flying. [if this little lady can fly every day, surely you’re not afraid to get on board] So how did we go from ‘stewardesses’ to ‘flight attendants’ without just taking a step back to ‘stewards?’ I demand an explanation!

I guess you could always take the “pre-eatens” down to the refuse receptacle where the Municipal Sanitation Engineer will transport them to the recycling and refuse collection point…

keep in mind, in the Olden Days people used to take leftovers home in a “Doggie bag”; bones, fat pieces, uneaten meat, etc. Now we don’t feed animals human food and that phrase is no longer PC.

George Carlin (again)- Leftovers make you feel good twice- once for being frugal, then again when you throw them away for being neat.

Preeatens has WAY more negative connotations. And sometimes leftovers are much better than they were the first time around. Sitting there the flavors have more time to develop and improve. Of course you don’t want them to sit too long. And not all leftovers improve with age.
