Has Luann ever looked good when she’s wearing make-up? Then again, the only time when we know she’s wearing make-up is when she’s wearing clown make-up.
Grew up with a mom who did shows and so I had first hand experience with face make up, blush and mascara and not to over pluck eyebrows…plus only a light coat on eyebrows if you need to. And block lips after you put on lipstick!
