Justice Scalia inhabits the souls of the current GOP.

I appreciate Ruben calling him “Judge Scalia”.

“Justice Scalia” is the world’s biggest oxymoron.

He did rule that burning the American Flag was a constitutionally protected right. Stinkin’ hippie.

By minority we mean the minority of the population that’s white, male, heterosexual, and “Christian.”

And in terms of “protecting the minority”, we have to keep foremost in our mind that the wealthiest 1% in the US are BY DEFINITION a minority. What a terrible loss to the SCOTUS that we lost this champion of rights. And by “rights” I mean “the Right”.

Title panel made me think of this:“…one fist of iron, the other of steel, if the right one don’t a-get you, then the left one will”

Perspective effects aside, it’s curious all the politics surrounding hand sizes.

(Maybe the right hand gets more of a workout?)

Scalia was an Originalist, except when he wasn’t.

He didn’t really die — he just changed his name.

There is a special level in hell for him. And he will be reincarnated as a black lesbian single mother with a Spanish surname and HIV. And he’ll know.
