I think it was Caulfield (“Frazz”) who once stood outside a movie theater offering the choice of a documentary about penguins and “The Flatulent Frat Boys.” He said, “guess which one’s for ‘Mature Audiences’!”
Skyler is actually correct. “Mature” in the context of TV and movie ratings means the opposite of what it means in other contexts.
