Did not get at first.

I’ll be back in a few hours, in hopes that someone will have explained this.

A sartorial trend that will have a sweeping effect on society.

A fashion that swept across ancient Greece.

They tried to brush aside this trend, but failed.

In ancient times, officers wore different “plumage” on their helmets so that they could be identified in battle.

As a squadron commander, I used my privilege to order that officers would not carry side arms in the field. Instead, they would carry M-16s like the enlisted troops. Carrying a side arm says “I am an officer: shoot me first!” Also an M-16 is a much better weapon on a battlefield than a 38 pistol.

He is about to have a brush with death.

His imagination began at an early age…..now give that broom back and get to school…..

So, how did the ‘sweeper’ get the stuff in a little pile in the first place?

But what is the soldier doing? Why are his arms as such? And what’s the wooden strructure in front of him?

LOL!

Aren’t you glad they didn’t have vacuums back then.

At first, I thought the joke was the Spartan soldier looks nothing like the buffed guys in the movie “300.”

he preferred this to a mop top…
