Scruffy doesn’t seem too happy with his Power Assist. The darn thing gets the leg rotation wrong, meaning Scruffy will suddenly go off in 4 directions at the same time. It’s taken him 73 minutes to get fron his door to the Pee Tree.
Being that Scruffy was the original mascot of the BS Pulley, Block & Tackle Associates he does NOT require a permit NOR license to exhibit, demonstrate OR sell said contraption. Exemption Permit on file at the BS county licensing and permit office, Permit # 3499-02-7767. Otherwise, he would be required to have one. 8(/)
