It an issue if you cannot see any movies that have “people of color” but if the Oscars don’t have any just ignore the Oscars. I have for years.

Doug Dash, Hispanic’s and Latino are Caucasians whose heritage is from mainly southern European. ie.. Spain, Italy, etc.
