If man keeps building concrete jungles, tearing down forests, and or burning them the whole world will suffer from countless species disappearing for good!
I hate to say it but humans have destroyed too much of the environment. Most creatures, great and small, fierce and docile, fliers, swimmers runners and walkers are all doomed. According to the first chapters of the Bible, and I presume the Torah and the Koran, man was given dominion over all the creatures of the land, air and sea and we have destroyed them all. We too shall become extinct due to our pride and our folly in how we chose to master the world. May God, by whatever name your people call him/her/it, have mercy on our souls.
