The big bang is only a theory. How do we know that after another million zillion trillion years the universe isn’t going to contract? Maybe we exist during the time or in a part of space which is only expanding and we don’t know the full story yet.

“Zeno’s Paradox”… I couldn’t seem to get to the end. (I know, I know. I’m referring to his Dichotomy Paradox)

Dr. Mel wanted to write a short story on comets; it started small, but then snowballed.

“Universe” must be a sequel to “Entropy”…or would that be a prequel?

Old story about Schrodinger. He was driving into Austria (this was before the Euro open borders) and was stopped by the Austrian Border Patrol. They searched his car for contraband, and opened his trunk. The Border Patrol officer then went up to Schrodinger and said “Do you know you have a dead cat in your trunk?” To which Schrodinger replied “No, but I do now.”

The half of the cat that’s dead will kill the other half.

Cooling down close to absolute zero is quite chilly.

In truth, the concept of the Big Bang is now under serious scrutiny, as (currently) it doesn’t explain acceleration of the universe as it expands. It seems if science is anything at all… it is incomplete and constantly updating. That’s what makes it interesting. : )
