Horace is rather arrogant walking into a dangerous zone and showing off his strength in bending the sign. Houyhnhnms usually learn to keep their arrogance under control because of the kinds of power they now command. (Rather surprised to see Horace acting in such a way. Maybe he will finally form hands.)

Horace, better watch out for the “Dead End” sign.

Decades ago there was a foreign minister in Finland, whose best skill wasn’t pronouncing English. In some foreign country he was introduced to a local zoo. Must have been a predator’s segment where there was sign “All animals are dangerous!” The minister decided to read that sign out loud. So he went “all animals are tankeros!” Some reporter had a mic open and that went into a tape. The poor guy had to hear that running gag about “tankeros” almost the rest of his life. Unfair. I think he was a smart guy (doctor), but unlucky this way. And some other ways as well…Horace is one tankero too!
