    Fair enough. But you gotta admit as a suggestion, it was sorta out of left field even for Trump. But his response to the refusal was so childish, can’t help but draw some criticism.

    Actually not so much. Greenland has a bunch of Artic shore line. As the ice melts it will open up an area worth billions of dollars in fossil fuel exploration and shipping. Not to mention strategic military advantages.

    Is he kidding? What a ripoff! Greenland is about 836,000 square miles. The Louisiana Purchase was about 827,000 square miles and only cost $15 million!
