I hope the hitting of the manager is just an upside smack in the head, not a pummel to the ground.

This reminds me of an episode of “Degrassi: The Next Generation”. Liberty Van Zant becomes the manager of the girls’ floor hockey team, and pretty much becomes a monster-ette.

Okay, weird. This is supposed to be part of an arc, but the beginning of the arc hasn’t been shown.

“Permission denied! If I let you hit him, I have to let everyone hit him—and there’s no way we’d keep that from getting to the Principal!”

I miss those days when I was called a “maggot”… not that I want to see my ex-wife again, mind you.

The Fox family. Hmm, in Japanese and Chinese lore if a fox can live a thousand years they become very powerful and intelligent. They can talk an shape-shift. They become a particular kind of kitsune.

Kitsune (狐, キツネ, IPA: [kitsɯne] ( listen)) in the literal sense is the Japanese word for fox. … Foxes and humans lived close together in ancient Japan; this companionship gave rise to legends about the creatures. Kitsune have become closely associated with Inari, a Shinto kami or spirit, and serve as its messengers.
