Work! Heaven may not help Andy. But a drink certainly will.

NO WAY did he DO anything around the house!!! Dreamed it maybe BUT DOING IT?? Not a chance.

I don’t get it

I cannot imagine Andy actually DOING any of those things he is getting nagged about. Doesn’t Flo understand a lost cause?

Apparently, the joke is that Andy doesn’t like to work. So what else is new?

I have been reading Andy Capp for 50 years, or more, it has made me, at times, laugh out loud, he and Flo are great CARTOON characters,,, i don’t think Afficionado gets that it’s not real life.

He didn’t do the work; he’s just worn out from the nagging. It would be easier on him if he would just do some of the work, reducing her to-nag-about list.
