Federal and state laws vary in terms of when a mother can eliminate an unwanted child. Some would limit birth control including contraception methods. Some would allow 1st trimester, 2nd, partial birth, first good look prior to cutting the cord, first day of school … it’s all up to the law makers and courts to decide. Well that and the mothers themselves.
