The really sad part is that they won’t lose power until they drive the economy into another great depression. Even then the cult will blame Obama.

If conservatives become convinced that they can not win democratically, they will not abandon conservatism. They will reject democracy. – David Frum, “Trumpocracy: The Corruption of the American Republic”

That last panel reminds me of the pro-corporate centrist Democrats. But then they’ve often reminded me of moderate Republicans.

Winning has become too important a part of politics. drafting legislation for the benefit of we the people is way down on the list/stack of priorities. “We” has morphed into us and them, making government for we the people almost impossible when “their” ideas must be suppressed after each gerrymandered election. Analogous to trying to run an eight-cylinder engine on only 3 cylinders; our fractured government is not performing as well as it must to compete and flourish in this century.

MAGA wins over humanity. Simple as that. In the main Trump exemplifies what America is truly all about.

Mr. Rall, there are two Alzheimer’s organization—Association and Foundation. Which one did you reach out to? I am working on a letter.

And those who don’t pay income taxes (44% of the US population) wouldn’t receive the $100.00 discount so why should they vote? So if only those who pay income taxes would receive the discount and ALL were registered voters, (highly unlikely) Elections would be determined by only 56% of the of the population.

Missing is the foreign governments ability to adjust the count at the ballot box. The fact that the trump team says this can not happen and that they find no evidence that it did.. shows just how good those foreign government hackers are.

Despite all of these alleged efforts, black voter turnout has been stable and trending slightly higher over the last 20 years. Even in places supposedly suppressing the vote.

The truth about the citizenship question: The Reds want to change districting from counting all the people to just counting voting age citizens.

Mandatory, mail-in, real choice voting! Penalty could be a one mil increase in taxes till you do vote. Mail-in because 1) It’s easy!, and 2) It’s paper from beginning to end! Real choice is ranked choice plus other stuff, like ‘none of the above’ and, well, we could get creative, maybe an essay part – anything filled out would count for a vote. Dems (progressives) would never lose again!
