Careful Larry. My Dad once started a simple project that way. We had a wind storm that knocked over a tree, but it got hung up on the tree next to it. He says, to no one in particular, “I wonder if we throw a rope around the top, we can bring it down?” Sure enough, that worked. Then we had to cut up and remove the tree and related branches. Then fix the hole in the ground and lay some sod. To make the rest of the yard look nice we started a landscape project. Well three weeks later, we were finally done with phase 1. Only 3 more phases to go.

And before you sell the house and don’t tell them where you moved to.

No kidding! When our kids are gone we will just tear down the house and start over.

You should at least do something about those paintings, or is that some more of Toby’s work?
